Ahmed Merchev started the KIBERTRON Project. The project’s aim is the creation of a humanoid robot possessing intelligence, autonomy, body structure and size, kinematics and dynamics similar to those of the human being.
2003
10 March 2003
Ahmed Merchev assembled the KIBERTRON Team which started the development of the humanoid robot KIBERTRON.

23 May 2003
The KIBERTRON Team completed the development of Version 1 of the humanoid robot’s cybernetic arms. Each of them possesses 28 degrees of freedom.

10 June 2003
The KIBERTRON Team presented the KIBERTRON Project in front of scientists for the first time at the Seventh International Robotics Conference - PRACTRO 2003 which was held from the 10th to the 14th of June in the city of Varna, Bulgaria.
2004
11 March 2004
With a resolution of the Sofia City Court, Bulgaria, the KIBERTRON Team founded the company KIBERTRON Ltd with the purpose of realization of the KIBERTRON Project which has the aim to develop an intelligent humanoid robot called KIBERTRON.

20 April 2004
The KIBERTRON Team started applying and developing a methodology based on the Theory of Time with the aim of developing the humanoid robot’s intelligence and overall planning and managing of the KIBERTRON Project.

15 June 2004
The KIBERTRON Team decided to use a new term – Natural Intellect (NI) – to signify the technology which the humanoid robot’s intelligence and consciousness will be based on, in order to distinguish it from the generally accepted concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

17 June 2004
The KIBERTRON Team decided to use a new term – Chaotic Logic Computer – to signify the device which the robot’s brain will consist of. It will be governed and developed by the Natural Intellect (NI) Technology.

16 July 2004
The KIBERTRON Team completed the development of Version 1 of the robot’s body. It has 82 degrees of freedom and a height of 1.75m.

25 September 2004
The KIBERTRON Team completed the development of Version 2 of the humanoid robot’s cybernetic arms. Each of them has 32 degrees of freedom.

5 October 2004
KIBERTRON Ltd won the Special Prize for Innovations at the largest European innovation exhibition INNOVACT 2004 (www.innovact.com), which was held from the 5th to the 7th of October in the city of Reims, France. At the exhibition KIBERTRON Ltd had its own special area where the KIBERTRON Project was presented.

24 November 2004
KIBERTRON Ltd completes the development of Version 1 of the H.A.W.K. Motion Control System software for integrated management and creation of movement scenarios (projects for management) of a robotized movie manipulator (movie crane) for shooting 3D puppet animated films.
2005
15 January 2005
KIBERTRON Ltd completes the development of Version 1 of the Virtual Teams Engine System which is an integrated system for managing projects and teams. It is presented online at www.virtualteamsengine.com.
2006
15 August 2006
KIBERTRON Ltd developed and started marketing a series of low electricity consumption servers with the commercial name KIBERTRON LPS CM. They are suitable for project realizations involving alternative sources of electricity.
